Returns
Unopened JuggleFit DVDs and other products may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund. Please notify us via email within 7 days that you wish to return the product. We will email you back with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
Product must be sent back to us in the original product packaging. The cost of the product will be refunded (not the shipping and handling costs) once we receive and examine the product return.
The refund will be applied to your credit card.
Replacement
In the unlikely event that a DVD is defective, please contact us via email as to which title is defective and we will ship a replacement.
